Gift Certificates
Costs are as above with the added bonus of complimentary postage.
Terms & conditions: Gift certificates expire 6 months after the purchase date so please ensure you come in for your treatment within those 6 months.
Chinese Herbs and supplements
Herbs and supplements are charged separately should they be required. The average fee for 1 week supply of a granulated herbal formula (which have stronger potency and are tailor designed to suit the individual’s needs) is $35. Capsules and pills vary in price depending on formula. These figures represent average costs only and are here to provide patients with a pretty good idea of roughly how much treatment may cost.

Each package expires 6 months after purchase date. All treatments should be completed by expiry date.
Private Health Fund Rebates
If your level of cover includes Acupuncture &/or Chinese Herbs, then you will be able to claim from your private health fund. Bring your membership card along with you, we have Hicaps.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend your appointment or if you need to reschedule, we require 24hrs notice, or a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged. Please be considerate of other people. If you do not give sufficient notice, someone else could be missing out on treatment.
